The food and drinks were amazing. My servers have always been super friendly had they have knowledge of the menu, and recommend different items. I've been seated outside all times I've been since the weather has always been nice. Great atmosphere.

With all the great reviews, and being close to our home, this was a must try. The ambiance is definitely low key. It does indeed look like a camp building, with wooden benches and open structure. Feel free to go here in your jeans and T-shirt. Wait staff was top notch from top to bottom. We were attended to immediately and drinks and food came very quickly. We ordered off the Happy Hour drink menu and had the apple cider sangria (a Fall Season item). Very apple forward and delicious. Served in mason jars of course. I had the Fisherman's platter, which includes a bit of everything. The flounder was a tiny bit dry, but flakey and nicely cooked. The fried shrimp were some of the best I've had. The fried scallops were wonderfully tender. The coating on these was not crispy, but that's likely to be a limitation of trying to fry scallops. The fried oysters were large, tender and great tasting. The coleslaw was delicately seasoned and with just the right amount of dressing. Old Bay French fries were a treat. Not so much seasoning as to take away from the potato taste. Quantities were large and generous. I didn't make it to desert, which sounded great. Next time. Parking is "interesting," but was ample for the crowd at the time we dropped in. It "ain't" fancy, but if you are craving good fried sea food, it's the place to go.

Went again tonight. Same friends from out if town, same table, different waitress. This time I tried the catfish. It wasn't as good as the flounder but it was still great. The Service was excellent this time. No rain in the forecast and it was a very nice night to sit outside. Overall, very good experience which is why I upgraded to 5 stars. Oh and we tried the Gator Bites. Everyone else loved them. I'm not a fan of the texture.

Very casual ambience with picnic tables, open air seating, walking up it appears to be a shack. Seems like places that look this way always have the best food and this one is no exception. They had the best fried shrimp I've ever had. Hushpuppies were excellent (no corn chunks or peppers or onions). Service was spot on.

Parking: There are two areas to park. The closest being for those with any form of disability. And another some feet away for general parking. Service: The service was very good. With this being our first time here, the servers were patient with us and answered every question that we had. They also gave their recommendations on what they like which I appreciate. Food: Food was outstanding! My family and I tried a little bit of everything. I tried to take photos of everything but sadly that can attest to how good it was. The buffalo shrimp was good, Camp rolls amazing, and so was the grouper bites! The Hushpuppies were also delicious. Main dish I ordered was the shrimp and grits which was cooked to perfection in my opinion. There was an option to add scallions and I had to choke to have them blackened which was one of the best decisions I have made in my life. That was the best scallions I've ever had! The dessert options was overwhelming because I wanted to try everything, but I resorted to the bourbon chocolate pecan pie which was very flavorful! Ambiance: Ambiance was great. We had a seat outside in the shade where the weather was perfect with sweet tea in hand. Another thing I'd like to point out is how clean the bathroom was which I feel a lot of places need to add attention to. Though it was warm outside the bathroom was clean, cold, and smelled amazing. Opportunities: We tried the greens as a side and we weren't a fan of them. That, in my opinion won't deduct any points from me since everyone does theirs differently and I'm sure someone will like it. Overall: We went there for a celebration and I'm glad that we did. The food, customer service, and the staff were amazing. I can't wait to make my return there for the camp rolls, scallions, or possibly something new! Also if the staff needs any photos for yelp please don't hesitate to ask!

Went here on a Saturday night and we were seated right away. There is so much seating here. We opted to sit outside since it was nice out and not too muggy. I ordered a Dark & Stormy for my drink and it was refreshing! For food I got the fried chicken basket with fried okra and hushpuppies. There was so much fried chicken I could not finish it! The hushpuppies were amazing and the fried okra was cut thinly just like I like it! My bf got the fish platter with the fries and the rice. The rice was delicious and he was pleasantly pleased with his meal! We heard that they make their own desserts so we had to make room for some bourbon pecan pie! Yum-my!! I definitely will be back!
